Bus Rider Guidelines

To help ensure a safe and smooth experience for all PU/ELC bus riders, please review the following guidelines:

1. Please be at your bus stop on time for pick-up.

2. Children will be released only to a parent or authorized guardian.

3. No eating or drinking is permitted on the bus.

4. There are no additional stops once riders are on the bus.

5. Please use the restroom before boarding. The driver will not be able to stop for restroom breaks.

6. Riders must return home on the same bus they arrived on.

7. Drop-off or pick-up changes outside of the assigned bus route cannot be accommodated.

Community Agreements

To create a positive environment for everyone:

• Arrive on time.

• Allow others the opportunity to speak and share.

• Be respectful and nonjudgmental.

• Help maintain a safe space by limiting distractions. Please silence or set cell phones to vibrate and minimize texting

Bus Expectations

• Be punctual when arriving at the bus.

• Help keep the bus clean and safe.

• Use appropriate language at all times.
